Design & Content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or content creation with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience in creating digital content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for designing web content.
- Ability to create user-centric designs with a focus on AI-driven interfaces.
Criteria:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative thinking.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Product Development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, particularly in AI/ML, data science, or related technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage product lifecycles.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing AI-based applications or products.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in product development and delivering successful AI solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI technologies.
Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, project management, or business administration, preferably in a tech or AI-related industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
